Siphon CoffeeSiphon coffee is a type of coffee made using a siphon brewer. Ground coffee beans are placed in the upper chamber, and hot water is added to the lower chamber. Once the water boils, the upper chamber is inserted, allowing the water to rise through the tube into the upper chamber and fully mix with the coffee grounds. When the water in the lower chamber has been completely drawn up, the alcohol burner is removed, and the coffee liquid is drawn back down into the lower chamber by siphon action, ready to be enjoyed.
