  Jianbing Guozi

  Jianbing is a snack made from mung bean flour crepes, eggs, and either youtiao (fried dough sticks) or gua bao (crispy fried dough pieces). To prepare it, first spread a thin layer of mung bean flour batter on a griddle, then crack an egg onto it and spread it evenly. Add chopped green onions and black sesame seeds as seasonings. Once the crepe is cooked through, place the youtiao or gua bao on top, spread with sauce, and fold to wrap.
