Zhuhai Grand Theatre… likened to a solidified white sailboat, standing on the banks of Lingtou Road, refracting sea and sky colors with streamlined curved curtain walls, perfectly blending ocean civilization with modern architectural aesthetics. Its conch-shaped structure is composed of 328 curved glass panels, and when illuminated at night, it sinks into the sea like stars and moons, refracting flowing light patterns, becoming the most romantic coordinates in the Greater Bay Area at night. The theatre is equipped with an international-level acoustics system, the concert hall can accommodate 1200 people, and its dome arc design is inspired by the legend of Zhuhai Fisher Girl, allowing each performance to advance layer by layer like waves. The Coastal Art Center is linked by an open courtyard, and tourists can stroll between mirrored water pools and green curtain walls, feeling the dialogue between art and nature. This landmark, completed in 2012, carries the memory of Zhuhai's transformation from a fishing port to a key hub in the Bay Area. Its designer cleverly incorporated the hollow techniques of Lingnan watchtowers, allowing the building to present dynamic beauty in the interplay of light and shadow. As Zhuhai Economic and Technological Development Zone's cultural hall, here is not only the stage for opera and symphony, but also through permanent marine culture exhibitions, telling the story of Zhuhai as "Island City".
