Jiuhua Shan is renowned for “Lotus Illusion,” with strange pine trees hanging upside down on cliffs, bizarre rocks resembling Buddhist hands, and clouds and sunrises creating a dynamic ink scroll. It is the site of the Earth-Treasure Bodhisattva, and a perfect blend of Buddhist culture and natural landscapes, often called “The First Mountain in the Southeast.”
