The Feiying Tower, a historically significant pagoda built during the Tang Dynasty, stands tall with nine stories, offering panoramic views of the Qijiang River and the city’s landscape. It’s a remarkable structure that has been repeatedly restored throughout the Song, Yuan, Ming, and Qing dynasties. The tower’s base features a lotus pond with ancient silver fir trees, some over a thousand years old, and inscriptions by renowned poets. The top holds twelve Buddhist statues, a testament to the tower’s role in preserving religious heritage.
