Boshan Ancient Village is located in Boshan District of Zibo City, one of the best-preserved ancient villages during the Ming and Qing dynasties. The winding blue-tiled stone streets and white walls create a picturesque scene, as if time has stopped here. More than 200 Ming and Qing Dynasty residences remain in the village, with intricate wood carvings and colorful paintings still visible in the flying rafters. The old theater’s carved opera building was once the stage for villagers to pray for good fortune. The stone troughs along the well still retain traces of water from a hundred years ago. In the non-material cultural heritage workshop, the craftsman’s fingertips flutter, transforming the earth into translucent glass, reflecting the brilliance of a thousand-year craftsman spirit.
