Zhong Jie Commercial Street, established during the Qing Dynasty’s Guangxu reign, is one of the earliest formed commercial districts in Northeast China, renowned as “The First Street Outside the Customs.” It gathers century-old brands with modern shopping experiences, Lao Bian Dumpling Restaurant, Xie Shi Dried Fruit Shop, and other intangible cultural heritage stores alongside Henglong Plaza and Zhong Jie Wanxiang City, creating a dialogue between time and space. The legend of the merchant gangs continues to be written in neon lights.
