Longjing Village, nestled beside West Lake in Hangzhou, is one of the origins of Chinese tea culture. Here, tea farmers steadfastly maintain the traditional “three-fried, three-dried” hand-rolled techniques, with each tea leaf infused with a thousand years of craftsmanship. During the spring tea season, the tea mountains are shrouded in mist, with tea farmers wearing blue shirts, holding bamboo sieves, and pan-frying tender buds in the morning light, with the aroma of tea and mountain breezes weaving a poem. Visitors can personally experience tea picking, drying, and the entire process of making tea, touching the tips of the tea leaves, as if touching the temperature of time.
