The Dongguan Museum is located in Dongguan Guan Cheng, a comprehensive exhibition hall integrating humanistic history and folk culture. The museum houses over ten thousand artifacts, with a core focus on Ming and Qing furniture, Lingnan folk customs, and Wengxiang culture, presenting the millennium civilization of Dongguan. Within the museum, intricately carved rosewood cabinets and tables, and acid-wood desks tell the story of the exquisite craftsmanship of the Ming and Qing merchant groups, while lifelike wedding customs artifacts and brocade embroidery vividly depict the vibrant scenes of Lingnan folk customs.
