The Tea Horse Ancient Road Site is located in Pu'er City, an important site of the Southern Silk Road, winding through mountains and ridges. Marked by stone-paved roads, hoof prints, and the ruins of ancient post stations, it bears the brilliant imprint of a thousand years of tea and horse trade. The well-preserved stone road within the site is still solid as before, and the sound of camel bells seems to transcend time and space, echoing in the footsteps of tea and horse merchants. Scattered along the route are the ruins of post stations, stables, and ancient tea workshops, recounting the bustling scene of the busy horse merchants and the fragrant tea.
