Pu'er National Park is located in the southwest hinterland of Yunnan Province, it is a rare tropical rainforest secret realm near the Tropic of Cancer. Here grows the most complete monsoon evergreen broadleaf forest ecosystem in the world, with over 2,000 species of higher plants, such as jade-like spread, Asian elephant herds leisurely traverse in the morning mist, green peacocks dance gracefully among the treetops. The park is distributed with 12 world-class waterfall groups, Miaojiang River Waterfall with a vertical drop of 178 meters forms “Flying Water Curtain”, refracting seven-color halo under the sunlight.
