Qingjiang Tianshanhu
Qingjiang Tianshanhu is located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, in the Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Hubei Province. It is renowned for its unique “water cave” landscape, where over 200 islands gather from the 100-mile Qingjiang River. The water is like a mirror, the blue sky reflects, and cruise ships shuttle through the jade-like waters. On both sides, the peaks and stones are layered like sculptures, with vines hanging down the cliffs, wild cherry blossoms, rhododendrons, and birds intertwine to form a flowing painting. It is known as “Paradise on Earth,” with the core scenic area “Qingjiang Tianshanhu” water area reaching 108 square kilometers, the islands are scattered and of various shapes, including the “Three Men’s Gorge” and “Eight Hundred Miles Qingjiang” sections are the most magnificent.
