Located in Beihai, Guangxi, this site is considered the eastern starting point of the Maritime Silk Road, known as “Nan Zhuhuo Qu.” It boasts thousands of Han Dynasty artifacts, including pottery, bronze ware, coins, and South Pearl jewelry. The “Houpu Han Tomb Group” yielded bronze bells, lacquerware, and Persian glass vessels, vividly illustrating the flourishing trade between the Han Dynasty and foreign lands. The unique “Han Dynasty Ancient Port” remains preserve complete dock structures and shipyards, transporting visitors back to the bustling scene of ships from two thousand years ago.
