The weathered red brick walls are juxtaposed with spiral iron chimneys and colorful stained-glass windows, as if you can hear the roar of engines and the sound of logging echoing in the wind. Scattered throughout the alleys are three-story Russian-style apartments built in the 1950s, creative spaces renovated from original forest camp warehouses, and industrial heritage sites preserved with steam locomotive parts.
