The National Library is located on the north side of Zheng Yangmen Square in Beijing, Asia’s largest and the world’s second largest national library, integrating ancient classics and modern literature, serving as a treasure trove of Chinese civilization’s genetic code. The architectural complex blends classical and modern designs, with shimmering glazed tile roofs and glass curtain walls reflecting each other, symbolizing the fusion of traditional and contemporary knowledge. The library houses copies of the *Siku Quanshu* (Complete Collection of Chinese Classics), Dunhuang manuscripts, and Song Dynasty texts, including the *Yuyanegge* (Four Libraries Complete Collection) commissioned by the Qianlong Emperor of the Qing Dynasty, still preserved in the library’s special collection area.
