Zhongshan Park
Yinchuan’s Zhongshan Park, nestled against the remnants of the Helan Mountains, showcases the unique charm of “Shetan Jiangnan” (Upper Yangtze Plain) with its surrounding turquoise waters. The fountain square is themed around “Silk Road Camel Bells,” with eight three-dimensional sculptures recreating the scenes of ancient merchants traveling the old trade routes. At night, the water curtain light and shadow interplay with the stars, creating a spectacular effect, like the Milky Way cascading down. The seasonal flower seas are divided according to the “Twenty-Four Solar Terms,” with cherry blossoms in spring and chrysanthemums in autumn, winding flower paths creating poetic corridors. The children’s playground has innovatively introduced ecological interactive devices, allowing children to touch and feel the texture of artificial tree bark and experience the patterns of the tree rings, while spending joyful time with alpaca pets.
