Helan Mountain Nature Reserve stretches west of Yinchuan, it is a rare original forest secret realm in Northwest China. With a nearly 1,000-meter altitude span, the mountains resemble giant dragons, with clouds swirling amidst the peaks and valleys, forming a unique “one day four seasons” climate. Entering the forest area can encounter herds of markhor, occasionally spot snow leopard tracks, and the moss-covered giant rocks are adorned with pine seedlings hanging down like green ribbons, which can make one’s heart tremble.
