Ganzhou Museum
Ganzhou Museum is like a weighty history book, slowly unfolding the scroll of Ganzhou’s thousand-year civilization. The Hakka folk artifacts in the museum, such as bamboo woven hats, indigo-dyed fabrics, and puppet show puppets, outline the resilience and wisdom of the Hakka people on their migration path, as if you could hear the tinkling of wind chimes at the eaves, echoing the ancient question of “Where did the Hakka people come from.” The Song Dynasty exhibition hall features blue and white porcelain bowls and cups with a warm, jade-like glaze, alongside fragments of the “Ganzhou Zhi” chronicle, recounting the prosperity of “Song City.” Song Dynasty cliff carvings are etched with the flowing charm of literati with vigorous brushstrokes.
