Located near the Zhonglou (Bell Tower) in the south of Xi'an, this is a representative traditional opera hall of the Guanzhong region. The architectural complex blends Ming and Qing official-style buildings with modern stage technology, with the rafters and brackets revealing the rugged beauty of the Huangtu Plateau. Beneath the plaque “Qin Sheng You Yuan” in the center of the stage, legendary techniques passed down through a century of pear drama are revived. Visitors can witness the poignant and heroic outbursts in the “step-by-step” singing style, and the actors’ sleeves fluttering, bringing classic plays like “Flame Horse” and “Zhou Ren Returning Home” to life.
