Zhuge Liang Square
Zhuge Liang Square is located in the core of the Honglu Central Scenic Area in Xiangyang, Hubei Province, recreating the light of wisdom from ancient times. At the center of the square stands a bronze statue of Zhuge Liang that is 15 meters high. He is wearing a scholar’s hat and robe, holding a fan, and his eyes are bright, vividly portraying the spirit of “devoted to the cause until death.” The surrounding group of Three Kingdoms-themed sculptures, inspired by Han Dynasty stone carvings, showcases classic scenes such as borrowing arrows with boats and burning down camps with fire, supplemented by modern artistic installations with intersecting light and shadow, allowing history and contemporary art to dialogue.
