Request Account and Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your DragonMate account and related data, you can submit a deletion request using the steps below.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

1. Send an email to tainkai@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: "DragonMate Account Deletion Request".
3. Send the email from the address associated with your DragonMate account, and include any relevant details that help us locate your account (for example, your username or user ID, if available).

After we receive your request, we will review and process it in accordance with applicable laws and our data retention obligations. Once completed, we will remove or anonymize your personal data where required.
